For square covers, go 2 inches bigger so your pillow looks full, not floppy. A 22x22 cover takes a 24x24 insert, and a 24x24 cover takes a 26x26 insert.

For our 14x22 lumbar, use a 16x24 insert. Our 12x20 lumbar takes a 12x20 insert.

Feather down is soft and sinks in for that relaxed, lived-in look. Hypoallergenic has no feathers and holds its shape, so it's a good fit if you have allergies or like a fuller, firmer pillow.

Pillows ship within 3 to 5 business days. During big launches, please allow 7 to 10 business days. Ottomans are made to order and ship in 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes. Pillow covers can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Inserts, custom orders, ottomans, and Last Chance pieces are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

We recommend dry cleaning to keep your covers looking their best. You can also spot clean, or wash on gentle and air dry.

Very close. Every pillow is cut and sewn by hand, so the pattern can sit a little differently from one to the next. Screens also show color a little differently, so if you're matching something specific, send us a message first.
