Pillow Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on decorative pillows.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Ottoman Return Policy

All ottomans are made to order specifically for you. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, all ottoman sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on ottomans.
